It is a great flick and I have not heard a negative comment from any person who has seen it. I'd love to read the book also.

A more 'accessible' version is coming (yes, the dreaded Hollywood remake...aaaarrrggghh!!!) Still it is one is being directed by Matt Reeves of Cloverfield fame so it may come out looking better than I expect. Whatever the case, I agree with Jonathan; Let the Right One In was the best film I saw in 2008 (ahead of some tough competition) and is well worth a viewing. Catch it at the Rialto before its season ends I say. I'm hoping to get along to a second viewing in its current theatrical run with my lovely lady and some friends...

Violet: Possibly there won't be enough to keep an action junkie happy, especially as you have to read the subtitles to follow the conversation...

It sounds like something I'd like to see, but perhaps too arty for my other half - who prefers Underworld, Blade and Nightwatch.
