I’m getting in on this one early! It’s a movie that I’m REALLY interested in seeing, and would love to own a copy for repeat viewing. What a wonderful opportunity.
I didn’t know that Persepolis was ruined city situated northeast of Shiraz in modern-day Iran.
I’d love to find out what happened in the past and what’s happening now in that place as all I know about Iran is persian rug, I’m ashamed to say!

I only know of Persepolis from ancient history and Civilisation 2 ( an old favourite). Always glad to learn something new!

I’ve read both volumes of the graphic novel but haven’t seen the movie. It comes highly recommended by an Iranian co-worker.
This was a truly amazing film in all respects; story, animation, music, etc. Definitely will watch this again.
