We love Twitter so much so that we go into dumbfounded shock and become unable to function when ever the fail whale haunts our computer screen. There are many reasons we love it; it’s a great way to keep in touch and meet new people. We can keep up to date with current affairs and quite often find out about happenings way before traditional media has caught on. We’ve also found Twitter, at least the companies on Twitter, to be very generous. Which got us thinking…

How easy would it be, only using Twitter as our first contact, to contact the handful of business that we follow on Twitter, and ask them if they would give us some free product to giveaway?

The answer was very easy. Of the handful of companies I approached, 6 said yes pretty much straight way, a couple were unable to help due to prior commitments and only about 3 didn’t really get the concept.

So this gave us our biggest prize pack to date. Correction: prize packs, as we have four to give away.

UPDATE: Because the DVD will be picked at random from the four titles, please make sure you are 16 years or over.  Also, this competition is open to NZ residents only.
