Reynolds plays the part as a CIA agent, Matt Weston, stuck in an endless wait for promotion as a safe house operator. After twelve long months of hum drum existence, staring at the walls and waiting for a phone call, everything changes with the introduction of his first guest, Tobin Frost (Washington). Now when we say guest here, the CIA are not entirely into the hospitality business, so Frost’s arrival is one for interrogation and return to the USA as one of the CIA’s most wanted men. Quite rapidly things change for both Frost and Weston. While being on the CIA’s most wanted list, Frost appears to have many organisations after him. This leads to the safe house being compromised and a conflicting battle between Weston and Frost as each fight for their freedom, lives and the underlying truth.
The action is intense, Bourne trilogy intense. If they were paid by the hits taken in a fight then this film would have cost a mega fortune. This is not always the case with a reasonable balance kept between storyline pacing and all out bare knuckled

So yeah.. this is a good action film and the billing of Reynolds and Washington is good. Its definitely good for a blokes night in, possibly there’s enough Reynolds to keep the ladies happy. But overall its a great way to disconnect from the day.
